Nachos Chili Corn Carne

Ingredients
400 grams minced meat
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon paprika powder
Oregano
Thyme
5 cloves garlic
6 red onions
50 grams carrot
30 gram leeks
200 grams kidney bean
2 tablespoon flour
500 grams tomato paste
A pinch of black pepper powder
A pinch of salt
Grated parmesan cheese
A packet of Nachos cracker

Preparation

Heat the butter in a large heavy bottomed saucepan and fry the onion, garlic until soft and golden.
Add in the carrot, leeks and herbs leaves.
Pour in the minced meat and cook until it is dry before adding in the flour.
Pour in the tomato paste. Reduce the heat, and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Add in the kidney beans and stir well.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper powder.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes over a low heat.
Served hot garnished with Parmesan Cheese and Nachos Cracker.

Ingredients Preparation
1 garoupa fish
½ cup of corn flour
Salt and white pepper for seasoning
2 tablespoon of lemon juice

For the Gravy
3 shallots
7 chili padi
2 lemon grass stick
2 cm galangal
3 tomatoes
Coriander leaves
½ a cup of tamarind juice
Bergamot leaves
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
½ stick carrot
1 big onion
Salt for seasoning
1 tablespoon of sugar Marinade the fish with lemon juice, salt and white pepper.
Coat the fish with flour and fry with hot cooking oil.
Blend together all the shallots, onions, chili padi, galangal, and tomato with tamarind juice and lemon grass.
Fry the blended ingredients and add in the chicken stock.
Season with fish sauce, salt, sugar and other vegetables.
Finally, pour on top of the fried fish.

Thai Green Curry Chicken

Ingredients Preparation
500 grams chicken breast ( slice )
4 cloves of shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 stick of lemon grass
7 small chilies
2 green chili
5 grams coriander leaves ( minced )
5 grams basil leaves ( minced )
5 grams bergamot leaves
1 cm galangal
1 cup of coconut milk
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
½ cup of chicken stock
3 tablespoon of cooking oil Blend together the shallots, onion, ginger, chilies, coriander leaves and galangal.
Sauté for a while. Add in the lemon grass stick and coconut milk. Stir well.
Add in the chicken and let it cook for a while.
Season with salt, sugar and fish sauce.
Finally, add in the basil leaves and bergamot leaves

2 cups of brown sauce
3 shallots
2 cloves of onion
1 can of button mushroom
100 grams black mushroom
1 tablespoon black pepper ( grind )
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
Onion Sauce
2 cups of mayonnaise
3 shallots
1 cup of UHT milk
50 grams parmesan cheese
1 cup of chili sauce
½ cup of tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoon of butter
Salt and white pepper for seasoning Fry the shallots and onion using melted butter.
Add in the bay leaves, mushroom and black peper.
Add in the brown sauce and bring to boil.
Finally, add in the cream and ready to serve.

Onion Sauce
Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, tomato sauce and UHT milk.
Fry the onion and let it for a while and add in the bay leaves.
Add in the mix sauces and parmesan cheese.
Slow down the heat, stir well and season with salt and white pepper.

1 packet pasta
2 onion
2 capsicum
1 carrot
2 teaspoon of mix herbs
1 can of diced pineapple
½ cup of vinaigrette sauce

Potato Salad
6 potato
2 tablespoon big onion (diced)
5 grams spring onion
100 grams bacon beef
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper for seasoning

Garden Salad
½ iceberg Lettuce
2 onion
2 tomatoes
2 capsicum
1 cucumber
1 carrot
½ vinaigrette sauce Pasta Salad
Cook the pasta according to the direction.
Mix together the pasta with all the vegetables.
Lastly, add in the vinaigrette sauce.
Potato Salad
Boiled the potato until cook.
Mix with beef bacon.
Mix with mayonnaise and season with salt and white pepper.
Garden Salad
Mix together all the vegetables and vinaigrette sauce.
Ready to serve.
